1. 7-Day Return Policy
You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Condition of Items (Used Items Policy)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or damage will be deemed Non-Refundable.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is found to have been used or altered in any way.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or clearance promotion.

Customized or personalized orders.

Items without their original invoice/receipt.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or bank account within 5-7 working days.

If rejected: If the item is found to be used or damaged, it will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if handled by us) will be deducted from your refund.
